New "bug" fixes

Fixed a bug where a pickup in the treasure room could let you reroll items infinity amount of times

Mod will no longer reroll all the items in the room but only the item that are highlighted with the press tab text

Made it easier to change which item qualities get rerolled. The default is 1 you can change to 2 but that makes this mod too OP in my opinion

The mod no longer will let you roll items in Downpour 1 or Dross 1
Pressing tab non stop no longer keep rolling items
May or may not added controller support (i dont have a controller to test it)

The mod now will remember when you can reroll bad items with a "Press Tab" message
