Fixed a bug for the Red player toggling Auto Rolling on/off.

- The Auto Noise Roll feature can now be toggled on and off for each player individually.

- Fixed issues with the base game tool malfunctioning when playing with Void Seeders and discovering a Void Seeder Lair or resolving an exploration token in an Engine Room.

- The tool will no longer set itself to a fixed position, and exploration tokens are moved relative to whatever you position the tool.
- Added an option for turning off automatic Noise rolling.
