Fix for theft Arm icon for real this time
to match the model it uses

Fixed the icons for theft and steady arms
im not satisfied with this solution
as icons are easy to mistake for a skeleton arms, but its better and accurate to kenshi wiki so its the best it can be??
unless i could design icon that would somehow be so good to make Wiki users automatically paste my icons with their minds on top of vanilla game wiki data
while making it different enough to skeleton arms so nobody will ever mistake them
