Fix old thruster setting name.

Remove some debugprints.

Introduce the sprite thruster. With the option to switch back to the old line version if you liked that better.

Fixed the power not saving when closing the menu using the close button.

Fix the textbox issues. Quick loading works fine now but thrusters don't carry over.

Add a edit menu.

Introduce rebindable keys as pointed out by Fynnpire, the keys are hard to press. Now you get to pick what you want.

Individual thruster control, each thruster can now listen to their own set of forwards and backwards keys.

Toggable thrusters, if you just want non stop speed.
