Removed the changes to Colony Core (to increase the amount of possible colonists), due to heavy mod conflcits (a lot of other mods change the colony core as well)

- 'Reverted' Residential Sectors (still have an increase limit of 999).
- Cleaned the packs a bit, there were remnants of early testing left.

uploaded the alpha version of this mod. Still has a few issues, which I don't think I will be capable of resolving all.
I haven't tested it a lot, but it seemed to work for me so far. If you find any more issues, please mention them in the comments.
