fixed krolm rage not working

noone reported it! Guess game truly abandoned now..

removed modified prototypes for bettter mod compatibility

- now autocaster in addition to casting spells will check if any enemy is present nearby wizard towers and if there are then will enchant wizard towers

- Fixed autocaster casting on allies
- Changed cast queue for krypta and fervus. Now reanimated heroes have chance to get heal from fervus
- Added support for upcoming mods

Reduced cost of semi-useful spells per cast:

winged feet from 400 to 300, additional cast for caravans is now for free
firestrike from 350 to 100, since single cast of spell does pretty much nothing the price of 350 gold is way too high for it, also lvl2 guild will always cast it 4 times

forgot to type back "0" making cd 6 seconds :P

Now autocaster will create effect when casting spells.
Autocaster building is being built instantly for better timing casts.
