Fixed: Intercity bus stations cannot be used as bus depots now

If you start experiencing issues with the stations placed before or with lines that used those stations as depot, simply delete and the station or the line and the rebuild/recreate it.

Allows to control whether a bus station allows intercity buses. Also adds intercity bus support to regular bus stations & hubs.
