Muppet-proofing update.

- Added an IncompatibleMods entry to XComGame.ini to ensure this version of Heavy Barrels is not run alongside SolarNougat's version, due both to redundancy and also due to the latter mod breaking LWOTC loot drops without additional configuration.

- Added a missing OPTC function. Visuals for Heavy Barrels should now work, as will their mutual exclusivity with both each other and Suppressors.

- Also made them mutually exclusive with Bayonets and Underbarrel Weapons.
