Patch 2.8.13:

  • Fixed a client crash introduced in the previous patch that occurred when attempting to mount a buffed steed.
  • Added a server event other mods can push in order to trigger a client spell buff display update (flaireSyncBuffsToClient).
  • Added an event other mods can listen to that gets pushed whenever a client receives an update to their spell buff display (flaireUpdateBuffData).

  • Fixed a problem reintroduced in patch 2.8.8 where, if Manaburst was cast on an entity that removed its combat component immediately upon being hit, it would crash the game.

  • Beefalo that have only started domestication are no longer targeted by Manaburst's AOE.

Patch 2.8.8:

  • Removed a few duplicate examination quote entries, which were overwriting custom ones!
  • Fixed a possibly rare issue where Flaire's elemental aspect could be set to an invalid value, preventing the use of gems.
  • Manaburst has been rewired to leverage more of the game's original weapon damage calculations. In practise, this should mean its planar damage output (where applicable) may be slightly different from before.
  • In accordance to the change above, Manaburst's PVP damage now also considers planar weapons/armour.

  • Fixed a crash when trying to cast Manaburst with certain weapons (i.e. Rabbit King Cudgel).

Patch 2.8.7:

  • Added the Rabbit King Cudgel to the non-sword weapon caster list.
  • Fixed an issue with Flaire's generic string function hook, where it didn't hook properly. Woops.

Patch 2.8.6:

  • Gleam's light now grows larger if another player is nearby.
  • A new visual effect has been added to Gleam to indicate a nearby player.
  • Gleam's visuals now smoothly transition between light levels.
  • Gleam's minimum light radius has been increased by 25%, and its maximum light radius has been increased by 12.5%.
  • If Modded Skins [API] is installed, the mod will now also try to unlock Flaire's Triumphant skin upon loading the game, rather than only doing so once when the requirements are met.

Patch 2.8.5:

  • Added a unique prefix to all utility files of the mod. This should prevent mods that use a similar path to require their files from conflicting with Flaire.
