- reduced amount of manual scripted loc, possible due to the 1.15 change of how scripted loc works [this does potentially affect sub mods adding new monuments]
- replaced nuclear research speed with nuclear special project speed
- added special project speed to one monument giving specific research speed
- buffed consumer goods factories factor modifiers
- fixed localisation for nuclear production modifier
- added loc files for japanese & simple chinese (English language)
- fixed the trigger of the Wewelsburg monument
- changed the SS mood modifier from the Wewelsburg to a different one, since the mood mechanic was apparently removed in vanilla
