Code for the Random Building Graphics has been changed extensively:

- There is no longer a "sequential mode" in mod options. Instead, all buildings with the CompRandomBuildingGraphic comp (such as those in VE Textures - Variations) will have two buttons: one to randomize textures, and one to choose a texture through a dialog window
- Four new tags have been added for modders: three of them enable or disable the buttons per building as the modder desires. The fourth one allows you to make the building NOT start randomized, so the player can randomize or change the graphic afterwards
- There are now mod options to do the same as these tags. These supersede whatever the modder decides and applies to all buildings using the code.
