Alright I actually fixed the job area now. I also added the detectors to the job area.

You should now be able to get into the job area. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to comment.

Sorry for the delay, but now you should at least have to have a digging tool or cutters. Very small change, probably will go unnoticed but it's there.

-added a trash can to block from digging out of the prison without cutters
-added more shrubbery to block an easy way out
