Removed broken handcuffs condition bar depletion animation on spawn.

Moved all textures to a single texture atlas.

Fixed lockpicking starting when walking backwards in 95% of cases.
Resized sprites to enable their compression.

Added custom interfaces to the handcuffs and broken handcuffs. Idea shamelessly stolen from the thalassophobia mod.
