- Now the ships of the defenders (Fallen) can be obtained even by the evil (took one of the red civics) empire, but only if they do not go on the path of crisis
- Civics now have a debuff to normal ship building speed

- Rebalanced ships of the fallen, now they give significantly fewer resources and require more to build.
- Fixed some ship icons so they should display the correct class.
- Added restrictions on fallen titans
- Now the construction time of ships roughly corresponds to their class.
