Another eXish update
- Make it so Squeeze doesn't get deselected after a halve or double. Gamepad/controller support has been removed in the process.

Build 1.1 Notes:
Thanks to eXish for everything in this update
- Added TP support to both mods, only Meteor has an autosolver
- Added Gamepad/controller support to both mods
- Both manuals are now bundled with the mod
- Fixed Meteor throwing an exception if you tried to flip to the next card while the exclamation mark was showing
- Fixed Meteor having cards log starting at index 0
