-Fixed an issue where DLC expansion owners would get generic equipment that should not be obtainable
-Fixed countries missing certain localisation tags, making their names break when turned into collab governments
-Fixed missing core for Schleswig-Holstein
-Fixed missing nordic nations cores
-Fixed Quebec having a core in Italy

- Fixed Occitania and Gascony missing a core
- Gave Courland a core on state 809
- Removed Riga core from state 12 and put it on state 808
- Some old unfinished nations were finished and come to life with this update!

-Updated for 1.11.4!
-Changed New England's tag to NEE (from NEN) to avoid conflict with a new vanilla nation
-New duplicates were introduced in update "Barbarossa", they have been moved to the "special cases" section (except Danzig), here is a full list:
⠀⠀ALT (Altai) Same states, Resolution: Delete all in mod but flag and localisation
⠀⠀CRI (Crimea) Same states, Resolution: Delete all in mod but flag and localisation
⠀⠀DAG (Dagestan) Same states, Resolution: Delete all in mod but flag and localisation
⠀⠀DON (Don) No cores initially, keep cores, flag and localisation
⠀⠀KAL (Kalmykia) Same states, Resolution: Delete all in mod but flag and localisation
⠀⠀KAR (Karelia) Plus states, Resolution: Delete all in mod but flag and localisation
⠀⠀SIL (Silesia) Missing State 74, adding it and keeping flag and localisation, delete all else
⠀⠀DAN/DNZ(Danzig) Vanilla counterpart is completely different, modded Danzig completely removed, including flag

-To make up for the loss of Danzig, this mod now has a brand new nation, Pomerelia! It's a polish releasable with cores on Danzig and Gdynia.

This update will most likely break saves, so you have to start a new one.
