Updated the NAV-map so hopefully bots, respawn room and infected now work again.

- 3D skybox, with portal to the giant world.
- More buttons! (One of the three secret buttons now does something fun!)
- Includes a button to kill everything.
- Item spawners.
- Trampolines!
- Sniper spot on top of the Orange Box.
- Hid beer cans around the map as a sniper/scavenger challenge.
- More explosive barrels.
- Replaced director hints with images.

- Added zombie spawners on top of the slide

The map shows up in the campaign list now: there was a space in the matchmaking name (which isn't allowed).
