- Some O2/H2 Generators were switched off, they have now been turned on by default to match all the others.

- Changed 02/H2 Generator Locations some more to better hide the conveyor ports.
- Added the current blueprint to the projector on the ship.
- Named all of the batteries in the ship properly.
- Fixed an incorrectly placed catwalk in the engineering section.
- Added hallway blocks to the side of the batteries.

- Changed the O2/H2 Generator settings, use of conveyor system was previously disabled, it is now enabled by default.

- Added the new Warfare Update Weapons to the build, increasing the overall amount of Weapons on the ship.
- Added 6 more Small Hydrogen Thruster's to the rear of the ship, allowing it to lift more weight on a planet.
- Removed 4 Hydrogen Tanks and replaced them with 2 additional Refineries, due to the fact the ship had plenty of fuel already but was lacking in Refinery capacity.
- Added an additional 24 O2/H2 Generators to the front section.
- Adjusted the lighting in the engineering section.
- Fixed an issue where there was a weak spot toward the lower front of the ship next to the lower front gatling turrets.
- Re-arranged the O2/H2 generators in the upper front of the ship to leverage a conveyor port for the connection of 2 additional Assault Cannon turrets.
- Moved the connector on the front of the ship forward by two blocks to allow for greater clearance from the weapons, and allowing larger small grid ships to dock with the Atlas.
- Multiple new blocks, such as the batteries and hangar doors were replaced with new DLC items.
