Economic Overhaul
-Pop production bonuses come with increased upkeep (still have more resources in the end)
-Reseach speed bonus increases negative modifier from being over admin cap
-Base pop growth in percent equals the planet habitability (previously 50% growth at 0% habitability)
-Removed all racial edicts (they dont need them, already have enough stacking modifiers)
-Nerfed Psi Energy income (same ratio as before but less base production)
-Production bonus from stability also increases job upkeep
-Governor pop production bonus increases upkeep as well
-Materialists have reduced unity income
-Spiritualists have reduced research income
-Ascended Clouds no longer have cooldown but cost 2500 Psi instead of 1500 (also less psi in general)
-Halved void seeker edict costs to compensate for reduced psi income
-Wraith get additional 1 growth with breeding pod tech
-ZPM got its bonus reduced but also costs less SR to make
-Removed all ship cost reductions from the game
-Removed all ship upgrade cost reductions from the game
-Removed or reduced somes of the ship upkeep reductions
-Reduced the ship hull/armor regen bonuses from tech / traditions
-Removed some tech that gave habitability
-Races that get extra habitability from their trait can no longer pick traits that give extra habitability
-Nox elders no longer give stability, only the sacred garden (effective stability bonus down to 10 from 25)
-Nox elders provide science instead


New ascension perk:
-Machine Ascension (for the asurans)

Bugfixes
-Tradition icons
-Asgard bonuses not applying

-Changes to Traveler that i wont even list coz no one plays them anyway
-Hive and Machine districts give 4 base amenities and 1 fewer maintenance jobs
-Goa'uld are only created from Jaffa on planets with upgraded capitals (this is to prevent having 0 growth on newly founded colonies)
-Anubis ship section linked to proper tech (until Anubis ship computer is equipped, weapons dont fire anyway)

UPDATE TO STELLARIS 3.1 (LEM)

Further changes:
-Reworked economy (general production boosts come with higher upkeep)
-Reduced economic snowballing
-Reduced sgu missile health (along with their fast firing rate they easily overwhelmed pd)
-Nerfed "Research Center" "Logistics Hub" and "Floating City" buildings
-Disabled strike craft for races that dont have their unique version
-Ascended Clouds now only have 50% shield and armor penetration (direct hull damage was too strong)

Goa'uld:
-New ascension perk: Rise of Anubis (requires colossus ap)
-Linked Goa'uld Shield X to their ap
-Linked Anubis superweapon to their ap
-Jaffa pops require less consumer goods to help their economy
-Unique colossus computer allows it to attack enemy fleets (unlocked by Anubis ascension perk)

Nox:
-Nerfed Floating City
-Reworked autocannons, higher fire rate, less damage same dps (to counter missiles better)

Tau'ri:
-Reworked autocannons, higher fire rate, less damage same dps (to counter missiles better)

Ori reinforcement
-Fixed description to properly show the number of ships created
-Energy and alloy cost increased by 50% 10k -> 15k
-Enactment now costs 500 influence instead of 10k unity
-Now spawns premade design that can be upgraded later (no longer possible to use the glitch to get infinite ZPMs)

New required ship slot: bonus_crew_modifier
-Moved Psionic crew from aux
-Added Veteran crew
-Added Advanced crew
-Added Basic crew

ZPM
-Added ZPM production facility (0.04 per month 0.06 with tech)
-Added decision to install ZPM in the planetary power grid (100 energy per month for now)

Fixes:
-Disabled robots for the Asgard and Nox
-Wraith breeding pods are now available from start
-Cloning vats no longer shows up for the wraith
-Fixed Atlantis missing 1 aux slot
-Fixed Anubis shield numbers

Quickfix
-Asgard can now build clone vats even without having planetary administration
-Goauld tier 3 shields fixed

General:
-ZPM no longer adds bonus hull and armor points.
-Instead it gives higher shield bonus and additional shield regen and weapon attack speed
-Weapon damage from ZPM was kept
-Wraith got their own version of the ZPM that boosts only hull/armor and hull/armor regen
-Wraith also got the bonus attack speed from ZPM
-Gaia/Hive/Machine/Paradise worlds provide a flat 25% bonus procduction instead of 10%

Cloning:
-Disabled "cloning project" decision
-Cloning vats are unlocked by vanilla cloning tech
-Asgard start the game with cloning vats on their capital (instead of the extra science lab)
-Asgard cloning vats scales with capital level 3 -> 4.5 -> 7
-Asgard can build cloning vats even on planets without planetary administration
-Wraith does not have access to cloning vats, instead their breeding facilities provides the bonus
-Wraith breeding facility pop assembly 2 -> 3
-Wraith ZPM breeding facility upkeep increased to 40 food per month
-Wraith has overall less growth rate now and rushing ZPM facilities is more of a necessity than gimmick to be op
-Void seekers kept their Decision based growth to keep them unique
-All accelerated cloning tech efficiency reduced from 25% to 10% but added an additional level
-Overall bonus from accelerated cloning techs 100 -> 50%

Superhive:
-Now properly spawns with wraith titan 2 bonus module
-Modifier applied on spawn no longer provides additional damage, attack speed or hull/amror regen (moved to ZPM)

Atlantis:
-Now starts with a 66% debuff to be in line with only having one ZPM installed
-Each additional ZPM removes 33% of the debuff up to 0 where it becomes a full powered titan
-Added ancient chair

Paradise worlds:
-Now districts give additional building slots
-Harmony districts now provide psionic master jobs once ascension 3 has been reached
-Each district provides additional 2 housing
-Production bonus 10 -> 25% as mentioned before

Hotfix
-Reenable weapons trait now properly unlocks vanilla reactors for mod compatibility
-Mega-engineering tech is no longer locked out
-Ai will no longer spam habitats unless they have the void dweller origin

General:
-Added 5 stages of power generators to each race (Tau'ri kept their Naquadah generators)
-Halved the tracking from picket computers to avoid L slot weapons countering corvettes
-ZPM was moved to be a common power source for all (if you the ZPM strategic resource)
-Battleships can be equipped with 1, Titans with 3 ZPMs that greatly boost their combat power

Ancient:
-Ancient chair moved to "ship bonus component" slot and increased the bonus it gives
-Chair is only available for battleships and titans

Ori:
-New type of vassal available for the Ori (provides unity)

Asuran and Replicator:
-Fabricators now also produce "Nanites" along with alloys (the uses for nanites will be expanded later)
-Added technology to increase nanite production

Wraith:
-Using the wraith relic now costs 3 ZPMs but gives a proper power spike to the Super Hive
-Using the wraith relic no longer costs alloys
-Added G slot weapons to the Super Hive to further boost its firepower
-Fixed ZPM breeding pods upgrade not showing up if a regular breeding pod is built

Goa'uld:
-Added anubis shields
-Added Anubis Flagship ship design (colossus turns into a warship that is still able to destroy planets)
-Added unique Anubis computer to allow colossus to target enemy ships
-Added unique colossus ship section to give proper fire power to the flagship
-Buffed XL cannon range 75 --> 90 (in order to allow anubis flagship to stay at a longer distance)
-Fixed medium staff cannon module costing less than a small module
Anubis Flagship can only be aquired through the console for now!

Jaffa:
-Added the option to create life on all uncolonized planets with stargate using the Dakara Superweapon
-Fixed superweapon effect not applying properly
