Buffs
+ Jab1 can now kill
+ DAttack base damage increased a bit (12->16), and DAttack is now extra silly and chargeable
+ If Matty bounces with DAir on something, he regains most recovery options (uspecial isnt regained when bouncing on objects because of an infinite stall however)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Added sillier slap sounds on Jab
+ Added dair bounce compatibility with the rest of KoB
+ Fixed some misc errors which also caused Mjau Mjau to have some visual glitches

+ Matty's sprite and hurtbox now moves in a floaty way during certain states (walk, dash, etc)
+ Matty's walk + dash now have the hurtbox slightly off the ground, since he's floating

+ Matty can now observe Aria Mjau Mjau Purr Purr
Nerfs
- When doing the silly matty dumpy taunt and riding Mjau Mjau, the taunt will do less damage (3->1)
- Mjau Mjau does slightly less damage than before (8->6, 10->8)
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed a small inconsistency with Mjau Mjau where she would run 0.25 units slower when going to the left
+ Edited DAir animation a little bit (credit to Skycrafter for doing the edit)
+ Improved AI a little
