Nerfs
- Added a new mechanic where Matty will take extra damage and hitpause if hit during the endlag of certain strong attacks on whiff. Intended to further balance out very large/powerful moves in a unique, more fun way
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Fixed anti-cheapie a bit (should be less strict, to hopefully have it trigger less on accident)
+ Added more Miiverse posts
+ Made the AI much better, giving it custom code for detecting incoming attacks and projectiles. This allow it to dodge/parry much more effectively in many cases
+ Removed old Feri compat
+ Overhauled and simplified the armor outline effect, it's now just colored if its super armor and black if its a lower amount

+ DAir sweetspot now does a bit more damage to make it a bit more useful (12->15)
+ Reduced startup of FStrong (f31->f24), UStrong (f19->f13), and DStrong (f19->f13) when uncharged, giving them more use
+ DTilt is a bit faster due to the short range (f7->f5)
Nerfs
- UTilt sourspot damage reduced (8->6)
- DTilt sourspot damage (6->5) and sweetspot damage (8->7) reduced
- Reduced damage of planet projectiles a bit (6->4)
- Increased whifflag of UStrong and DStrong to offset the buffs a little
Fixes / Other Changes
+ Matty jumping off Mjau Mjau with Special is now a tap input instead of a hold
+ When falling too low while having someone grabbed during UStrong, Matty will throw them downward instead of just releasing them. Also fixed an oversight with the throw input
+ Fixed some stuff with UAir hitboxes that could cause opponents to get saved on galaxy sometimes
+ DTilt sourspot is now a weak spike rather than sending up (kind not a buff or nerf)
+ Added some more effects to some moves (ex: DTilt, FStrong, DStrong, etc)
+ Changed FStrong clap SFX to be more silly
+ Added a silly sound on a specific CSS
+ Fixed a minor error about the Mjau Mjau cooldown icon being wrong on the Sketch alt
+ Some hitpause tweaks
