Changes "empty blood bag" to "Field Transfusion Kit"

Adds a 250ml draw blood Kit and action

You can now draw blood again after a player has respawned, you must wait until they respawn to draw blood again.

New Update:

Added the ability to draw blood from another player

To draw blood you need an empty blood bag, it is under misc in the arsenal

Open the medical menu on another player and go to advanced

Click on Draw Blood (You must be a medic or doctor to draw blood)

The blood will be added to your inventory upon completion, blood type is based on the blood type of the unit you got it from
