Added Deerclops's relic

Adjusted a couple items

Fixed Mourning Wood's relic

Made Betsy's relic the original size instead of slightly thinner than the default texture

I couldn't help but check to make sure I didn't miss anything, and I did. Of course I did.

Added pretty much every other relic cause I finally looked at them all myself instead of other people telling me which ones are off-center

Added lots more relics

Removed textures that didn't belong in the pack. I forgot to do this when I made the previous update.

Actually made the pack fix off-center relics instead of making them worse, because of inconsistencies with how the texture is used ingame.
