-- -- EMP Strike price increased from 400/1100 to 900/1300, but cooldown time decreased from 7.5 minutes to 6 minutes.

Hotfix to switch HQ back to having a UAV (instead of artillery!)

Add a random 4.75-5.25 second delay between when the commander clicks a location, and when the artillery actually fires.

Made wooshing/warning sound slightly louder but fall off more quickly

Made firing sound always sound like it's coming from the distance

Increased the artillery projectile flight and made it not randomized

Artillery now fires one (inaccurate) warning/calibration shot. This shot is guaranteed to be inaccurate (at least 40m away from center of target zone, no more than 80m)

After warning shot, it now fires three regular/accurate shots. Instead of a 10m radius you have a 27m radius. So the "accurate" shots are now less accurate than before (but you get 3)

Increased artillery price from 650 const to 800/200

Sandbox Seeding layer now has only three artilleries instead of 5.

Sandbox Seeding layer now has two additional resource depots near the bases. These resource depots don't accumulate resources as quickly and only start with 5000 instead of 15000.
