- Added Canibalism effect when you devour someone. If it's legal, you gain trait...if not, uses the vanilla canibal secret or trait effect.

Update:
Added in an event for the executor and fixed some of the sound usage.

Added a game rule for sounds if somebody does not want them per the request of @arthurmastelarovb (May need testing). Game rules can be changed on the fly if you're using Gamerule gadget.

Blood Eagle added as execution type. It is not considered a public execution and by game rule it would be restricted to Norse Pagans.
