Fixed lua error with vanilla ttt check in welcome back to ttt event

Added sound convar to greedy event

Added "Back of the Cupboard" event

Added 'Go home, you're drunk!' event

Added a music mute button and music convars to all music-playing randomats

- "My planet needs me!" now checks for body-dependent roles like the hypnotist before triggering
- "Copycat!" no longer triggers unless there are at least 2 traitors alive
- "Triggered" is now disabled by default

Disabled by default "First come, first served!" randomat as it doesn't really have an impact on the round in practice

- Fixed players forever sprinting when basics event starts if sprinting as event triggers
- Fixed being able to use non boomerang weapons during boomerangs event if weapon stripping is enabled
- Sharky and Palp no longer shuffles roles to fix not getting role weapons and to be less confusing

Hopefully fixed bus prop being an error model

Replaced "The Bucket" randomat with "The Bus" randomat
