Fixed ban a randomat having a blank vote window

Removed "Back of the cupboard" event as it turns out getting player's least, not not bought at all, item is very tricky and woefully accurate compared to most bought

- Fixed dead players not being able to vote during "ban a randomat!" and the dead player votes convar not working
- Fixed "shoot and loot" not spawning guns if an event that removes corpses is active

The starting text in the text box to name your randomat in the "Make a randomat!" event now automatically clears on clicking into it
