NR GC Changes, Empire Starts off at Tech 2 and Rebels at Tech 3 showing technological disparity that was prevalent in that era, also Imperial navy and ai were given some steroids.

1.0 Update I believe i fixed almost all Text errors, Bugs, Balancing issues and Made sure the fighters dont blow up when sneezed at now. Do lemme know if you find more bugs, There are some ships which are still stubbornly broken but ill update the description notifiying you guys soon tm
