The base mod has been updated to work with build 41.66
I'm currently waiting on bug reports for Rileh's SWAT mod, and Authentic Peach's Authentic Z mod to see if these patches need to be updated, or if they work fine.

Please be aware that the changes with the newest update might de-spawn all clothes that are affected because of how new item types were introduced with the latest build.
It's a worst case scenario, but sadly a possibility.

The solution is that all new zombies that spawn will have clothes without any problems, but old ones might be naked.
Just a fair warning, if you are confused and face this problem.
