- Sprint mod now works with quicksave/quickload

- Sprint recovery time
- Sprint recovery delay
- Reset options button

Fixes
- Speed is consistent when player looks up or down while sprinting.
- Stamina bar hidden while in a vehicle,
- Stamina refills while in a vehicle.
