The flat scaling armor pen has been moved to Righteous Blow to make it more competitive. It no longer hits rank 3, only ranks 1 and 2. This differentiates RB as a front-line attack, and Reckoning as a potentially powerful nuke that requires build-up.

Reckoning's buffs last for a duration of 4 now, down from 6.

Martyr's Blessing has been renamed to Seal of Martyrdom to avoid vanilla trinket confusion.

Moved Reckoning's scaling armor pen to Righteous Blow to give people more incentive to use it.
