Righteous Blow's armor pen has been changed to a protection debuff. This emphasizes his support of allies more.

Templar gains debuff chance (7.5%) when he gets hit. This benefits Righteous Blow and Via Dolorosa.

Retribution's crit reduction has been reduced to 10/12.5/15/17.5/20%.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed an incorrect buff type on a CC trinket. It should spawn now.
- Changed the move/stun resist from Martyr's Blessing to a round duration instead of battle duration (now correct).

Balance changes:

Ordained Stake has been nerfed. Now it only gives 10% crit for 10% stress.

Otherworldly Message has been changed. Now it only awards virtue chance on friendly actions, and that virtue chance lasts for 5 rounds.

The damage reflection scales from 60 through 80, down from 80 to 100.

Via Dolorosa's dodge debuff now scales from 10 to 30 instead of 30 to 50.
