- Restored the collision poly back to the original
- Added a tech that you get at the start if you are a snugget that allows you to shrink down to fit into 2x2 areas (reduces power, protection, max health and max energy to 44% of their value)

- Made the snugget 2 blocks wide to fix some issues with not being able to complete the dark cavern form FU due to being too wide (might undo this later if i can figure out a better way of doing it)
