The lab experiments somehow made the rat forget what the number 10 was. Luckily, we were quickly able to help him remember, meaning the combo counter no longer breaks on multiples of 10. (How the hell did I not manage to spot that? Ah well)

The little rat that counts all our numbers has had advanced lab experiments performed on him mysteriously increasing both his brainpower and thirst for world dominance.
This means that the combo counter no longer breaks when reaching values higher than 99, allowing the combo counter to extend indefinitely.
