Removed the half destroyed head from the low caliber line up and replaced it with a suitable model. Tweaked occurance chance as well as calibers which will cause the damages to appear.

removed TGA files to make it smaller, still have the helmet effects removed for performance.

Removed the helmets and lowered the chances of it triggering drastically. Should be a neat commonality for some and a rarity for survivable headshots.

I have given up on making the helmets that pop off disappear to save performance... FOR NOW. Textures should actually work now (I had them going off local pathing so a real bruh moment!).

Added updated texture to fix the white bar at the back of the head on head 12. Removed helmet pop off from lethal headshots to keep performance good. Units that lose helmets will be able to retreive only their helmet if they re players, otherwise the AI will just keep mucking about.

Added in a bunch of new features like minor injuries that are able to be sustained by living characters. These are triggered by lower caliber ammunition. Because of how ACE works these can also be sustained lethally so think of it as a chance to live or die but sustain the same grazing wound to the skull.
