1.) Updated the Mk.2 UBGLs to be 25% faster in reloading and shooting.
2.) Updated the all explosive UBGLs to fire the same anti=aircraft shells the R1740 UBGL fires.

2022-08-26 A.D.:

1.) Added the 60-Round 9x39mm magazine for the RPK. For now, it uses the 60-round magazine model used by the 5.56mm NATO conversion.
2.) Using code from my GSO Extra Attachments addon, I tweaked the .300 BLK conversions to have reduced recoil and just slightly reduced ROF instead of heavily reduced ROF.

Fixed a long-running issue where the .300 Blackout conversions did the same damage as the 7.62mm NATO conversions.

Nope, I am unable to properly use the code to actually damage gunships and helicopters. Reverted them all back to what they were.
