Updated the .dze files for dayZ 1.13 and the new DayZ Editor

I have converted the NavyBase.c file into a navybase4.dze file
I will keep the NavyBase.c file in the mod but it will not be updated.

Changes
Removed some trees and structures
New textures on the base, replaced some of the pier sections
fixed and completed the Ammo Dump area
Added the Aircraft Carrier
Added the SeaSub
Reworked the check point on the bridge
