Another Mega Update! Made Vagineer Better and Holds everything and Engineer can, YETI (EFFECT SO IT A POSES WHEN IT DIES) and made the jarate weapons like jarate weapons!

Took a bit more fun stuff and added them as pills, and updated the taunts with almost all the new stuff that works, except a bunch of them are missing bones and animations or some of the taunts

MEGA UPDATE! Removed ALL of the required addons that are not really the priority. Added tons of new weapons and characters and fixed Second Opinion Medic!
