Changelog for 01/08/2022 Mod Update

- Removed all ammo for the Z-6 Chaingun, making it un-usable until mod team and command decides what to do with it.
- Removed 327th throwable impact smokes and the C-26 Impact Grenade, they are buggy af, so keep to normal smokes for now. M18s and M83s are all you need.
- Renamed DC-15S magazines into DC-15 Carbine Magazines. They are able to be used with the 15S, Westar and the Z-6.
- Added DC-17 magazines to the ammo resupply Crate
- Added DC-17 Dual magazines to the ARF resupply Crate

Bug Fixes:
- Renamed DP-23 mags to accurately reflect the size. (8rnds per mag)
- Fixed weird DLC item bug in ARF resupply crates.
- Chain-gun ammo bugs are fixed as they are hidden from the game now.
- Removed Westar 4x sight
- Removed 15S 2x sight
- Removed 15L 2x sight
- Removed DC-1911 2x Sight
