1.6.x Compatibility Patch
- Enabled Royal Court for Duchy-Tier Realms.
- Updated several files with 1.6.x code.
- Made compatible with EP1 (Royal Court) and FP2 (Fate of Iberia).

This update DOES NOT update any of the portraits. I'm getting around to it at some point - hopefully soon - but for now this is just a band-aid fix that adds compatibility for 1.6.x, Royal Court, and FP2.

Fixed issue of random characters having "Jarl" title all over the world.

Added Gunnhild (Bjorn's to-be-wife) as a character. She is temporarily a courtier in King Harald's court (from year 824 onwards). Will move her to a different location when I add her husband Jarl Olavsson.
