Removed the Liquids Folder which was causing a similar issue when trying to cook foods etc. (Also removed the Props Folder for good measure).

There was a bug where you could not build things even though you had the resources in your inventory. This was because I copied the sandbox 'Equipment Folder' into the mod to allow me to view all the items. The game became confused and could not differentiate between the base game items and their exact duplicates in the mod. Removing this duplicate folder has fixed the issue and the game should function as intended.
