Renaming all my mods for a Uniform name

Added Value to the axe

Added the axe to manufactureres so it should show up in shops.

Reduced the axes frequency from the reavers.

Slight tweaks to Handy.

Added them to hundred Guardians, and also put them in the heavy weapons vendor list,

Few more tweaks to andy.

Had to edit values causing a small crash.

Slight rework to the character who hold the Met, and reduced the likelihood of some squads having them so not every member has them.
