- Forgot to change a variable to no longer be static

- Fixed bug with logging of the voltage only working for the first instance of the widget

- Fix manual typo

- Changed design of model thanks to Bagels
- Added a new circular model which has a chance of appearing instead of the rectangular model
- Updated manual to account for this change

Major Update:
- Made it so only a maximum of one Voltage Meter can appear on a bomb as I originally intended, thanks to Bagels
- The widget now requires Tweaks (Harmony) to work properly, but I mean everybody has to have the mod anyways right?
- Updated the manual to account for it only being one instead of multiple meters
