- Finish incomplete implementation of allowing for 'at' or 'on' to be used for hold/release on TP

- Fixed the number of red buttons not being counted properly for step 2
- TP now accepts at or on in hold and release commands

- Removed having to specify the button you release on TP since its useless
- Fixed being able to hold or release buttons more than once on TP
- Updated bundled manual to the latest on the repo
