Sometimes Valve breaks how gmod mounts addons, without making any changes to gmod's files.

This update introduces a workaround which helps the addon to work correctly in a limited set of scenarios when Valve breaks addon mount order. See updated description for info on how to use this workaround.

Rebase on latest (2022-12-12) ppm2 and also greatly improve parity. Afaik in practice this version is functionally identical to the previous one and thus may be entirely unnecessary, but the internal changes may improve compatibility in some corner case scenarios.
