Fixes:

* Stopped hunger draining when standing still while holding the sprint key

Features:

* Added concept of Hunger Threshold. Now you can't sprint unless your hunger is above the threshold (default 25%). Player stops sprinting when hunger falls below threshold and verbally specifies that they are too hungry to sprint.
