New tech :-/

APHE : Explosive charge amount increases but Penetration is reduced Suitable for some tanks
HEAT : Effective for tanks that use HE, which reduces explosive charge but increases penetration
HHE : Effective for tanks that use HE The amount of explosive charge increases and the explosive range also improves, but the penetrating power decreases sharply.
APCR : Penetration increases but explosive volume decreases Suitable for some tanks
