Updated to v1.14.* via DiffMerge. It seems they overhauled a lot of systems and the way modding works (such as consumer_goods_expected_value instead of consumer_goods_factor) that I currently do not have time to relearn. Please let me know ASAP if anything blows up.

- Fixed num_of_factories issue for Extra Research Slot 2 and Tech Sharing. It seems the "=" operator is no longer supported.
- No other issues found based on cursory view of the focus tree and my understanding of patch notes. Not tested, (No time to play) Please let me know if you found other issues.
- I have no plans on buying Blood Alone due to the overwhelmingly bad reviews, so I won't be checking the Air Focus compatibility with Aircraft Designer unless someone would like to subsidize the DLC for me. (I've made a grand total of $10 in donations from this mod, hint hint)

- Overhauled the internal code and made all national spirits unique to the mod, reducing direct edits to vanilla files. This should improve future inter-compatibility with other mods.

- Now fully supports with my other mod: Better Design Companies - please check it out!

- Buffed Artillery, CAS and NAV effort from 1 use to 2; Generic minors are simply way too behind in technology that its almost meaningless to take the focus otherwise.

- Greatly nerfed Unlicensed Excavations; I had not realized the code smuggles an amount determined by each state's unmodified base value, and infrastructure/tech typically double or triple it. Also added a tooltip to explain this so players do not feel the decision isn't worth it (it is). However, keep in mind economic/export laws still apply. Smuggling resources is best for closed economies.

- Removed cooldown between Unlicensed Excavation attempts. If you have the PP to spend you can now maintain the extra resources indefinitely.

- Added equipment conversion tech research bonus to Scrap Meltdown focus.

- Removed the bypass conditions Oil Platforms focus and made it possible to continue to pursue it after losing territory since some minors are oil producting nations. Also added restriction that no neighboring state is already using the oil platforms modifier. In default settings it should be unnoticeable, but when playing fragmented/decolonized games African minors tends to have extreme excess of oil production without this restriction

- Adjusted resources from Deep Mining to not focus on Steel only. My original misunderstanding on how base resource values made steel too easy for democratic minors and made it stupid abundant for Fascist/Communist minors with closed economy.

- Bug fix that aluminum wasn't working for smuggle operations. Apparently Paradox's internal code uses the British spelling of "aluminium".

- Buffed the following Foci to give +15 CP cap each (or 40 in the case of Centralization): Centralization, Decentralization, Ideological Fanaticism, Why We Fight. The NSB update with CP "allocation" made CP extremely scarce and I find it nonsense that a developed nation can no longer use tactics like probing strike or Glider Planes.

- Fully fixed Merc/Reorganized troop spawns after capitulation. From now on if the faction leader also capitulates or lost their capital, your troops will spawn randomly in any allied territory.
- Removed excessive traits assigned to country leader when choosing "Renege on the Peace deal", they were unintentional test features I left in.
- Fixed a bug with World Police / Intervention Focus synergy removing some buffs instead of adding to it.

- Fixed a bug where Mercs and Reorganized forces from the black budget wasn't appearing after capitulation. I'm likely going to try to patch it once more since I'm not happy with the current fix. Hope that your Host Country doesn't capitulate!

- Slightly buffed the Intervention Focus branch to add some minimum special forces capacity.

- Updated "Foreign Investors" focus add the appropriate ideological influence matching the sponsor country. Previously they were locked to each major country's starting ideology. This update means those who are not playing with AI Historical Focuses can see the appropriate ideology change that reflects each country's current status.

- Streamlined the fluid ideological drift mechanic via scripted_effects. I was a newbie modder when first creating that system. I've tested and checked every focus to make sure nothing broke from revamping the relevant code, but let me know if the ideological drifts are not working correctly or doesn't match the mouse over description.

- Added a simple Referendum decision to change to Non-Aligned ruling party. Vanilla had all 3 major ideologies but did not support Non-Aligned. A proper setup would be to mirror the vanilla ideological changes but I looked at the code and it involves too many events that I do not currently have time for. Added a simplified version in for now since it may matter for people deliberately using the ideological drift mechanic to become Non-Aligned.

- Fixed some file conflicts that I missed on the first go around via Diff Merge.

Fixed Oil Platforms focus. Turns out an ai_will_do I was trying to use to restrict the AI wasn't working and it bugged out the entire focus.

Updated for 1.11.*
- Revamped "Supply Chain Logistics" focus to work with the No Step Back supply chain mechanics.
- Updated all doctrine focus rewards to the new XP system.
- Revised "Renege on the Peace Deal" focus to add some country leader modifiers in theme to the focus to balance out how OP it is when abused.
- Updated Supreme Leader focus to also grant the relevant ideological drift.
- Broadened the vanilla Motorization Effort to also encompass armored cars; too often this focus is useless otherwise.
- Increased the amount of tech bonus granted from Armor Effort to compensate for the additional armor component technologies introduced by NSB.
- Boosted the amount of forts granted by Deterrence and Rapid Defense Rollout. Its comparable/slightly better than the Czech version in some cases but a lot of times even with this buff it's very difficult to survive an early onslaught by a major.
- Removed the cooldown for Access Black Markets and Contract Arms Dealer decisions. If you have the daily PP you can now maintain the offmap factories in perpetuity.
- Fixed an error that neutrality focus was unintentionally giving democratic drift instead of neutrality.
- Various minor tweaks.

Known issues:
- "Oil Platforms" focus does not currently work. I'm not sure what broke as I'm fairly sure I wouldn't have left it broken before I last took my leave from the game. I'm still working on figuring out what's wrong with it.
- Focuses still do not have flavor text descriptions; it will just say "focus_name_desc" - this is not a bug. I'm just too lazy and not good with creative writing to go Shakespeare on these to the vanilla/professional quality. This does not affect the mod mechanics in any way; there's plenty of mouse-over information to tell you what each focus does.
