- Removed references to the now-removed LRA (La Rochelle) tag.
- Separate unit set for the Vivaro-Alpine area, based on Xangelo's Dauphiny units. RN the right models w/ basegame textures. In progress.

Fixed a typo that made Marseille not have any units. Tweaked Nice to use Marseille&Narbonne's units at start, though I want something unique to them later.
