lowered speed, increased ammo supplies, and fixed clipping issue in back cage of chariot

Changed the seatruck a bit to try to fix a bug that sends divers through a wall sometimes.

Updated the wiring to work again after the changes to wiring. Also decreased engine power on the main sub and the shuttles to be more balanced with vanilla subs.

Fixed a pathfinding mistake and added three more clocks.
